🚣‍♂️ Amenities: Lake access, swim beach, boat launch, kayak rentals, two bathhouses, two pavilions, walking trails, basketball court, 30-amp electric and non-electric campsites each with water, picnic table, fire ring, and a pleasant and natural setting conveniently located along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, just 15mins from Watkins Glen.

⛺️Campsites are suitable for smaller units such as camper vans, tents, pop-ups, or other small to mid-sized tow-behinds that measure 26 feet long or less.

🌳 All campsites are located on bluffs above Seneca Lake and have a 2-3 minute walk downhill to the water. Park is 15 minutes from Watkins Glen, situated near wineries, restaurants and more.

🚣Amenities: Lake access, swim beach, boat launch, kayak rentals, two bathhouses, two pavilions, walking trails, basketball court, 30-amp electric and non-electric campsites each with water, picnic table, fire ring, and a pleasant and natural setting conveniently located along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.

⛺️ Due to the hilly topography and abundance of trees and narrow roads, our campsites are suitable for smaller units such as camper vans, tents, pop-ups, or other small to mid-sized tow-behinds that measure 26 feet long or less.

THE BOAT LAUNCH IS OPEN! 🚤

Fee to launch all motorized watercraft, including jet skis:
Single Pass: $10
Season Pass: $35

If the office is open, you can pay by card. If the office is closed, leave cash in office door lockbox.

Annual passes can be purchased at the Park Office or at the Hector Town Hall.

Non-motorized crafts (kayaks and paddleboards) do not require a boat launch fee and may be launched from anywhere along the shoreline.

Smith Memorial Park is a public park & campground in Hector, NY. The park is 15 minutes from Watkins Glen, near wineries and breweries. 🌳

The park is open year round (as long as the roads are accessible) and the campground is open from May through October.

Amenities include lake access, picnic areas, boat launch, kayak rentals, swim beach and walking trails.
