I’m going to say something a little bold…
If you’ve called a major hotel lately and spoken to a “live agent,” there’s a very real chance you were talking to AI.
And listen… I get efficiency. I really do. But when I’m planning a stay, I don’t want scripted answers, vague responses, or to be passed around like a hot potato.
That’s exactly why I run my cabins differently.
When you book with me, you get one person… start to finish.
Not a department. Not a system. Me.
I know your reservation, your add-ons, your arrival time, your little details. I’m not “pulling up your file”… I already know it.
And if you need something? You’re not explaining it three different times to three different people.
It’s just… handled.
