Fin and Feather Resort Fin & Feather Resort sits on a bluff overlooking a large cove on the south west end of Toledo Bend Lake. Cabins, rooms, and full kitchens available.

If you're camping, Fin & Feather has 17 full hook-up back-in sites, each of which has 30 and 50 AMP service, cable TV, and a picnic table. The sites are shaded, paved, plenty long for big rigs, and each site has a paved area that can double as parking for a second car or as a picnic/sitting area. Two sites are close to the lake and have a great view of the lake. The rest of the RV sites back up to

a dense hardwood forest and have rental park models across the street. If you don't have or want to bring the RV, you have lots of choices for lodging. Nestled under the trees and on a bluff overlooking the lake are 6 one and two bedroom cabins that will sleep 2 to 8 people in full, queen, or king beds. Each of the cabins are fully furnished and have a full kitchen, at least one TV, a couch, table and chairs, coffee maker, and more. We stayed in one of the rustic three tri-plexs and loved it. Each of the tri-plexs consist of 3 units per building, each of which are two bedrooms with a living area with couch, chairs, and TV; full bathroom; well equipped kitchen and full size refrigerator; and a fantastic deck with a table and chairs overlooking the lake. The room we had was very clean, fully stocked with everything you need (coffee, utensils, toiletries, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and more); and comfortable. In addition to the cabins and tri-plexs, Fin & Feather has the Delta Hotel with hotel type rooms with two queen or a king bed and a full bath. In addition to the Delta Hotel, there is another hotel with 12 rooms each of which has two double beds, full bath, table and four chairs, Internet access, microwave, mini fridge, and kitchenette. And finally, the newest additions are 7 park models down by the RV sites. The park models are fully furnished with one or two bedrooms, full kitchen, living area, bathroom, and more. One of the other reasons we really like Fin & Feather is because of all the amenities, some of which include:

salt water swimming pool with a hot tub and a kiddie pool
lighted and covered fishing pier with a fishing hole
play ground and horseshoe pit
multiple lane boat ramp and ample boat trailer parking
overnight guest slips for your boat
game room with a juke box, pool table, and foos ball
open air lake front pavilion
convenience store with staples and fishing gear and bait
fish cleaning area
fire pit and BBQ pit
free wireless Internet
laundry room
picnic area
2 party barges available for rent
And there is a lake side restaurant that serves three meals a day and the food we sampled was very good and the prices were reasonable - sit on the deck and enjoy a meal, a cold drink, and great views of the lake. The restaurant has a sports bar look and fee and at one end of the restaurant is a bar/game room area with a juke box, shuffleboard, and a couple pool tables. The restaurant has a full liquor license, is well done, and has a sports bar look and feel. Fin & Feather would be a great place for a wedding, corporate retreat, special event, or a reunion. In addition to plenty of lodging, very good amenities, and a fantastic lake, Fin & Feather has a Convention Center with three different sized rooms that will hold from 50 to 300. The Convention Center has restrooms, a commercial kitchen, and more. The Convention Center's Big Bass Room has a band area with speakers, wet bar, food service area with steam trays, and a big dance floor.
