PAY: 13.00/hr (Highest in all of Henderson)
BONUS: $2.00 per cleaned room bonus. (Must be under 28min per room).

Job Summary: Responsible for the cleanliness, arrangement and supply of guestrooms. To provide quality service during the guests stay by meeting and exceeding his/her expectations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Impress Guests. Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times.
· Maintain a clean, pleasant and professional image to the guest and wear the proper uniform at all times. Keep work area neat and organized.
· Clean guestrooms daily to include:
· Make beds with fresh linens and replace towels in the bathroom
· Remove trash and debris from rooms
· Clean bathroom area including shower walls and bathroom floor
· Dust all surfaces, replace amenities and collateral
· Vacuum and spot clean carpets.
· Deep clean rooms/specific tasks in guestrooms as assigned
· Clean and Maintain cart and vacuum cleaner daily.
· Remove soiled linen and trash from cart and restock with supplies.
· Replace and/or empty vacuum cleaner bag as needed.
· Document any maintenance needs found in guestrooms to maintenance Department
· Turn in lost and found articles immediately.
· Assist in maintaining other areas of the hotel in a clean and orderly condition (employee lounge, locker rooms, linen closet, laundry, public areas including bathrooms).
· Follow all Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton standards.
· Communicate with other hotel departments regarding guest service requests or complaints. Keep immediate supervisor aware of any suspicious activity observed.
· Provide assistance to other team members to contribute to the smooth operation of the department and the hotel.
· Perform all duties as required and other tasks as assigned with an “Impress the Guest” attitude, while following good housekeeping habits and safe work practices.
