There seems to be a snafoo with our website. We do have an opening for the FIRST weekend in October and our rates are very comparable to our normal rates- but we DO REQUIRE a 2 night minimum. This is not unusual for Hermann. Octoberfest is our prime season, we hope you understand and it is not at all unusal to require this during high volume festivals. Thank you for your understanding.

The group that stayed this past weekend were a very lively and fun group. So much so, that when we were out of town, Angus went down there and laid on this side of the cattle guard. I think he was waiting for an invitation. It was a large group. Loud music, patio fire -you can do that here and you won’t get a noise complaint 😊😊😊

This weekend, the guests had indicated that the water was super hot when they showered....we waited until the checked out and then right away, we got another booking for the same day.
Thankful for that, we panicked about how to get the water situation fixed. Bruno with MLB Plumbing came RIGHT out on a Sunday, AFTER hours to get us up and running before the new group arrived. When you live in a small town, this is the kind of service you get from GREAT people. These current guests are staying all week, so it was imperative and Mike took care of us. Check him out if you haven't used his services before! Thanks Mike! We appreciate you.
