🌳 **5 ACRES. 4 BEDROOMS. ROOM TO LIVE A LITTLE BIGGER.**

Big wraparound deck, space for the whole crew, and country living just minutes from Pomme de Terre Lake! 🚤

Family cookouts, kids running wild, evenings on the deck, and room for all the toys. This is what having a little space of your own looks like.

**More land. More freedom. More reasons to stay awhile.** 🔥

**ONE CHAPTER CLOSED. 🌳➡️🌴**

**JUST SOLD. 🔑**

This land deal is officially wrapped up, and our sellers are trading Missouri for **Florida sunshine.** ☀️

A little dirt sold here.
A whole new adventure starts there.

**Congratulations to our sellers on the next chapter!**

Missouri → Florida
**SOLD → SUNSHINE** 🌴🍾

ANOTHER PROPERTY
UNDER CONTRACT. 🔒

LISTED → MARKETED → SHOWINGS → OFFER → CONTRACT

This is the part that matters.

Not how many likes the listing gets.
Not how pretty the post looks.
Not how many people say, “That's a nice place.”

Getting from LISTED to UNDER CONTRACT.

That's the job. 🎯

Congratulations to our sellers! Now let's get this one across the finish line.

🌴 **MISSOURI → FLORIDA** 🌴

**JUST SOLD. 🔑**

This one was more than just a piece of land changing hands.

For these sellers, it was time to close one chapter here in Missouri and start a completely new one down in **Florida.** ☀️🌴

The land gets a new owner.
The sellers get a new adventure.
And somewhere between the two is a pretty cool reminder of what real estate is really about.

**Helping people move from where they've been to where they're going.**

Congratulations to our sellers, and best of luck on the next chapter! 🍾🌴

**JUST SOLD.**

ANOTHER ONE. 🔒

UNDER CONTRACT.

That's it.

The marketing did its job.
The buyers found it.
The sellers made their move.

Now we go to work getting it closed. 🏡

THEY STOPPED LOOKING. 👀

🔒 UNDER CONTRACT

Because they found the house they had been looking for.

The one where they could see:

☕ Coffee in the morning
🐕 The dog running around the yard
🍔 Friends around the grill
🎮 Kids taking over the basement
🌅 Sunday mornings that don't feel like Sunday mornings

Now they're one step closer to making those moments theirs.

Congratulations to my buyers! 🎉

🌊 **YOUR POMME DE TERRE WEEKEND STARTS HERE.** 🌊

Friday afternoon. Bags in the car. Kids loaded up. And before you know it, you're pulling into your lake home with the **boat ramp less than a mile away.** 🚤

Then the weekend takes over. 🎣
☀️ Morning coffee
🏊 Swimming hole
🚤 Boat rides
🔥 Firepit nights
🍔 Dinner on the grill
🎲 Games downstairs
😎 And absolutely zero interest in going home Sunday

This **2 BEDROOM • 2 BATH** lake home is the perfect home base for all of it.

✨ **WHAT MAKES THIS ONE POP:**
🏡 2 bedrooms
🛁 2 full bathrooms
📐 Plenty of open living space
⬇️ **Well-utilized basement** for extra sleeping space, games, storage & more
❄️🔥 **Newer mini-split systems** for efficient heating & cooling
🚤 **Less than a mile to the boat ramp**
🏊 **Close to a popular swimming hole**
🌳 Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your time at the lake

And that's really what this place is about.

Not trying to be the biggest house on Pomme.

It's the place where **Friday nights turn into whole weekends.** Where the kids disappear outside. Where the boat is always ready. Where somebody is always grilling something. And where Sunday afternoon comes around way too fast.

🌊 **2 beds. 2 baths. Great usable space. Lake access close by.**

Your **Pomme de Terre getaway** is ready. 🚤🔥

📲 **Come take a look before somebody else claims your new lake home.**

**STOP SCROLLING. 👀**

Because this is what *home* is supposed to look like.

🔥 A fireplace that makes you want to cancel your plans.
🍳 A kitchen that actually makes you want to cook.
🛋️ An open-concept living space where everybody can be together without being on top of each other.
☀️ Big, beautiful spaces that just **feel good** the second you walk in.

And honestly... the photos say the rest.

Swipe through the photos. Picture the furniture. Picture the family gathered around. Picture a fire going on a cold night and everybody actually having room to spread out.

**Maybe this is the house you weren’t looking for... until you saw it. 👀**
