A big thank you to the City if Herrin for the new oil and chip paving of Smith St and 17th St. Great job guys, now if we could get some speed limit signs installed. There is one at West end of Smith St. but it is so rusted you can’t read it.The requested signs are to slow traffic between Weaver Road and 17th St. Thanks again.
