We are excited to attend this year's Georgia Mountains Scottish Festival and Highland Games in Blairsville this year. Last year we had an amazing experience watching the games and meeting participants from all over the country who are proud of sharing their Scottish Heritage.

It’s a beautiful day to explore. Just 10 mins from our lake cottage is the quaintest little town of Hayesville, North Carolina with boutiques, a charming downtown square with the best gazebo to make Tik Toks and my favorite, scrumptious pizza from Angelo’s Downtown Pizza.🍕

We have so much to celebrate after our first holiday season of sharing Charming Beaver with guests. After 6 months of renovations, we hosted 30 families, earned Premium host status, maintained absolutely perfect reviews and even got to celebrate a few events at the property ourselves! If you haven't already made it Hiawassee, we know you will love it and our view!
