Black Drum is what you missed last week. Sometimes I’m late to the party on photos🤣so this lovely photo is what you missed.
Now, I don’t want you to miss out this week. So, here it is………But this week, today on this fine Friday we are doing it one better and featuring Copper River Sockeye Salmon! Pan seared and finished with a red pepper veloute sauce & herb salad over green Chile white cheddar grits and grilled asparagus.
