As we hear of more and more complaints of golf carts, mini bikes, atvs etc being driven by too young of kids and operating recklessly, please familiarize yourself with the laws, once you leave private property and in some cases on private property you need to know what you can drive, how you can drive it and where you can drive it.

Very basic reasons for these rules, as generally an automobile, semi or truck will always win against a bike or atv, so it makes sense to be extra cautious when operating on or close to roadways.
