So, I've been waiting to write this until I was absolutely sure it would happen. Mike and I have made the difficult decision to sell our beloved condo. We, in fact, closed on it today. It was a decision we have been struggling with for a few months prior to listing. We loved sharing our little place with our guests but first and foremost Toes in the Sand was our home away from home. Unfortunately life gets in the way sometimes and it's been difficult to get to the island as often as we originally set out to. We decided to let our baby go. I just wanted to thank all of our followers here.....a few of you have become friends and guests. Thank you for your likes, shares and support over the past few years. I loved creating this page to share with you all our love for the island and our condo. Today is bittersweet. We're excited for our next adventure and are looking forward to visiting the island in the fall and winter as guests instead of owners. This island and this condo will always have a place in our hearts. Love, peace and sandy toes to you all. 💙

2nd stay and looking to stay again next year. The condo is neat and clean, has pretty much anything you need including complementary chocolate kisses ! Short walk to the beach, Coligny plaza and peaceful area. The condo is decorated nicely and up to date, Comfortable and easy to access. The owner is available for questions and makes sure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful experience again!

Just got back from a week on the island. It was a brutal one! Temps were in the mid to high 90's with real feel temps well over 100. Probably one of the hottest weeks in all the visits we've had to the island. Here's our week in review. Lot's of eating and drinking and very little beach time. 😁 Fireworks and an awesome lightening storm entertained us during dinner at Crazy Crab on Jarvis Creek with a torrential rain storm for the drive back to the condo to top off the night.. Beautiful sunsets at Skull Creek Dockside are always on our go to list. Spent some time at the new neighborhood place, The Bank. Top Dawg in Shelter Cove and the Shannon Tanner show never disappoints. The heat didn't stop the kids but we can't wait till our November visit!!!! Fall is our favorite time to be here.

We had an amazing trip to Hilton Head, the condo was perfect. It was walking distance to everything, shopping across the street, beach 2 blocks away, a park a few blocks away, and many restaurants. The beach equipment was so nice to have, it made for an easy trip to and from the beach. The condo was clean and had everything you need, including coffee, and candy. The whole place was decorated so nice and I especially liked the bathrooms. The owners checked in to make sure everything was ok and answered any questions we had promptly. We are already talking about going back!
