About Tracy:
With 12 years of residential real estate experience, Tracy Spohn-Witt brings extensive knowledge, professional judgment, and a highly personalized approach to every client relationship. A consistent top producer throughout her career with RE/MAX, Tracy was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2024. Licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia, she serves clients in the Hilton Head Island area as well as Johns Creek, Alpharetta, and the surrounding North Atlanta communities.
Tracy has a long-standing personal connection to Hilton Head Island. Her husband’s family previously lived on the island and built one of the first homes in Indigo Run. After many years of visiting the area and traveling frequently between Johns Creek and Hilton Head, Tracy is excited to combine her love of the Lowcountry with her established real estate career.
Before entering real estate, Tracy taught public school and worked as both a residential and commercial loan officer with Chase Bank. This varied professional background has given her valuable experience in communication, education, lending, contracts, and negotiation. She also understands the importance of building strong relationships with lenders, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, appraisers, contractors, and fellow real estate professionals to help her clients navigate each transaction confidently.
As an experienced home stager and interior decorator, Tracy offers an additional advantage to sellers by helping them prepare and position their homes to appeal to today’s buyers. She also enjoys helping buyers recognize a property’s potential and create living spaces they will truly love.
Tracy takes her role as a real estate professional very seriously. She understands that buying or selling a home involves what is often a client’s largest financial asset, and she is committed to providing responsive communication, careful guidance, strong representation, and the highest level of service throughout every step of the process. Her goal is to make each client’s real estate experience as successful, informed, and enjoyable as possible.
Originally from Ohio and a devoted Ohio State fan, Tracy has lived in Johns Creek, Georgia, for 19 years. She and her husband, Steve, have been married for 36 years and raised three sons together. Outside of real estate, Tracy enjoys interior design, playing tennis, taking long walks along the beach, and spending time boating and fishing with her husband.
