One of our favorite spots on Hilton Head Island is the Rowing and Sailing Center Community Park. Not only is it one of the best places to catch a sunset 🎴with its beautiful backdrop, but it is so much more! You can go fishing and crabbing on the fixed pier. Take your kayak and launch from this spot, or take a kayak and paddleboard tour. The park also features a playground and a picnic pavilion, which can be rented out. It's one of our favorite spots for all things BBQ...One Hot Mama's. We can go on and on about their menu. But for Thursday night football, we love the BBQ Nachos with queso, jack & cheddar, their Perfect 10 BBQ sauce, and a choice of chicken, pulled pork or brisket. Yum! Other favorites include their Chocolate BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Maui Wowii Wings (among their other award-winning wings), their honey jalapeño cornbread, and finally topping it off with their chocolate chip pecan pie with bacon graham cracker crust! Don't forget to stop here on your next Hilton Head Island stay!

Join our community to celebrate St. Patrick's Day 🍀March 11th to the 12th. Irishfest, a parade founded in 1983 by local Tom Reilley and family and friends, has become a Hilton Head Island tradition and favorite annual event.

Kick-off Irishfest weekend with a concert on Saturday at the Lowcountry Celebration Park starting at 4 PM with Boston Police Gaelic Column, NYPD Emerald Society, and Boston's Irish rock band, The Fenian Sons.

Get your green on Sunday for the parade at Pope Avenue. Make sure to find a spot early; the parade starts at 3 PM.
