Completely renovated 1st floor 2br/1.5 bath in the Coligny Beach area. Nestled in southern end of the island near dining, shopping, entertainment in walking distance.

*We have 2 identical units next to each other (unit 2 reno last winter).

We are running friends and family pricing until Mid October when longer term tenant takes over.

$150 night, $175 cleaning fee which includes w/d, towels, soaps, beach chairs & cart, pickleball paddles, and more plus 2 parking spots.

We do have VRBO & Airbnb but they charge you fees if you are ok with that.

Here are some  almost finished pics of our Hilton Head unit I three, we have done a complete makeover starting with the v***r barrier insulation and flooring all the way to new LED lighting. changed out all the mattresses and light fixtures as well not to mention no more popcorn ceiling, fresh coat of paint, new kitchenware.
