Have you ever wondered what your stay looks like between guests?
Before check in at 4pm, all of our properties go through an intense process to make sure that everything operates at our cleanliness and presentation standards.
In addition to the housekeeping process, every MyStay goes through an initial inspection and a final inspection/walkthrough!
The initial is checking for operations and maintenance. We’ll check every drawer, cabinet, nook and cranny for lost items. We also want to make sure before you check in that nothing is broken and everything turns on.
The final is stocking the MyStay with goodies, providing you with the iconic MyStay beach towels, accommodating any special requests such as a Pack N’ Play, and lastly all the little things you may never notice, such as chopping pillows, lining up chairs, blowing decks, and turning on fans… because you deserve the utmost quality of hospitality.
It might be your only vacation to Hilton Head this year, and you chose us: that should be taken extremely seriously!
