Hello, friends! It's summer now, but we know many of you are planning for a place to spend your dark, cold winter! We rent monthly to winter visitors the months of November, December, January and February!

November and December 2026 monthly rates before any discounts are $1,800/mo (62.40% off the nightly or weekly rates) and that includes all utilities and safe and secure on-site parking in the gated Fiddler's Cove community, with our 24/7 staffed guard gate.

January and February 2027 monthly rates before any discounts are $1,900/mo (58.37% off), and the same applies with all utilities and parking included.

We're also running all kinds of great discounts through VRBO proper if you book through them rather than through us directly:

5% off if you book within 14 days of arrival, the "Last Minute" discount

5% off if you book more than 90 days in advance of your arrival date, the "Early Booking" discount

5% off if you book using your mobile phone -- the "Mobile" discount

One Key Members Discount -- This is the loyalty program that is for folks who use Vrbo, Hotels.com, and/or Expedia. 10% off for blue members, 12% off for silver members, and 15% off for gold or platinum members.

and our "Heroes" Discount, which is valid on stays of 7 nights or more but not on monthly stays. This is 10% off the weekly rental amount for first responders (fire, EMT, law enforcement), active-duty military, and teachers! The unit must be booked in the name of the Hero.

These discounts aren't applicable if you book directly with us (except for the monthly rates) because you will be saving the fees that VRBO charges you if you book direct. We invoice through PayPal for your protection and ask you to sign a rental agreement so everything is above-board. We will never contact you and ask you to pay before providing you a rental agreement and we will never ask you to pay through Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.

Our calendar is pretty wide open right now, so our loss is your gain -- we're slashing rates and looking to get the unit filled as quickly and as often as possible through the end of the summer and through into 2027!

Hello, friends! It's been quite a while since we were active here, and we'd like to get back to it! Life gets crazy and we are no exception. Thank you for sticking with us!

Since last we posted, we have done a bunch of updates to the unit, including some new living room and dining room furniture, new TVs, updates in the bathrooms and the second bedroom, got rid of the popcorn ceilings, updated our decor and other things here and there to always be improving the relaxing atmosphere and your time with us!

Fiddler's Cove is now on the Breeze Trolley route, with the trolly stop only steps from your front door -- a quick, easy, free, and air conditioned way to get around the island! And the bike trails come right to the complex, too, so we have access to all the handy ways to get around.

We also have private beach access to Folly Field Beach, as part of the Folly Field neighborhood association -- enjoy your own gated entrance to the beach without all the crowds, a 5-minute, flat, paved walk from the unit.

We just lowered our rates for the remainder of April and most of May, and we have a lot of Summer availability so don't miss out! Booking through VRBO offers mobile booking discounts, last-minute discounts, early-booking discounts, and we always offer our Heroes discount for active-duty military, first responders (law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs), and teachers.

It's been a while since we posted, but now that spring and summer are upon us, wanted to give you all a special deal to thank you for following our page -- $100 off a spring or summer week if you say you came from FB! When we price the condo for the year, we aim for a very fair price well below the highest priced units, but still not at the very bottom of the barrel because we really are always working on new updates and upgrades. Just this year, we've invested back into the condo with new furniture, new paint, we redid the bathrooms, and got rid of the old popcorn ceilings so it's practically like brand new with more bright, beachy charm! And don't forget Fiddler's Cove just put in a bunch of pickleball courts and we're right on the Breeze Trolley route, plus our unit is a flat, paved, 5-minute walk to your PRIVATE gate to a PRIVATE section of Folly Field Beach. You can imagine my surprise when I was reviewing our price compared to other units and found ours to be **well under** the average for the area!

After the big surge post-COVID of everyone desperate to travel, Hilton Head doesn't seem to be getting as much traffic this year as it did last year, and everyone else is raising their prices to try to make up the difference. Instead of following their lead we'd rather just use this opportunity to make new friends and meet new guests who can join our growing group of repeat visitors every year.

We have a bunch of availability so here's a general example of pricing:

Spring: Sat Apr 6-Sat Apr 13 total $1459 ($208/night)
($1071 for the week, $125 cleaning fee (we pay this directly to our housekeeper), Lodging tax $149, Damage insurance $59, VRBO fee roughly $155, minus $100 discount if you say you came from FB)

Late Spring: May 4-11 total $1298 ($185/night)
($959 for the week, $125 cleaning fee (we pay this directly to our housekeeper), Lodging tax $120, Damage insurance $59, VRBO fee roughly $135, minus $100 discount if you say you came from FB)

Summer: June 15-22 total $1920 ($274/night)
($1432 for the week, $125 cleaning fee (we pay this directly to our housekeeper), Lodging tax $195, Damage insurance $59, VRBO fee roughly $209, minus $100 discount if you say you came from FB)

If you're interested in booking directly with us to save on the VRBO fee we can do that too; we ask for copies of your driver's license, the names of all people who will be staying in the unit, we'll provide you a legally-binding rental contract to sign, you'll have the option to buy the $59 damage insurance or provide a $1500 damage deposit if it's your first time staying with us, and the transaction will be handled through PayPal with PayPal invoicing. And if you're one of our Heroes, that's active-duty military, law enforcement, firefighter, EMT, or a teacher/educator, you're eligible for our Heroes discount of 10% off the rental amount for the week (that's the first number in the breakdown of the expenses) whether you book through VRBO or direct, in addition to the $100 off).
