PARK ALERT: Sandstone Falls Boardwalk Complete Closure September 23rd – October 4th.
Our maintenance crew has worked very hard to accommodate foot traffic and provide visitor access during this summer-long boardwalk reconstruction project, however they have reached a progress point where this is no longer possible. In order to replace the timbers over the first bridge, we they will need to completely close the boardwalk. Barring any weather or construction delays, the closure is expected to last from Monday, September 23rd through Friday, October 4th (including the weekend in between). We hope to have it reopened as soon as possible. Stay tuned for any progress updates.
