Kickapoo Pines - Hochatown

The time has come…….. we decided to sell the cabin and received an offer within days.
We closed on the sale of Kickapoo Pines on Friday, April 29th.

We enjoyed our time having Kickapoo Pines and spending more time in Hochatown as well as the friends we made over the last year thru the connections of owning in the Broken Bow area.

I don’t know if the new owners will be staying with the management company we were using, changing property managers or self managing. Nor do we know if they will be keeping the name of the cabin or changing it.

Onto the next adventure…….. which we are already working on in the Texas Hill Country, Doss 4S Ranch.

Johnie Gibson did a great job on our new swing structure and wood box.
Can’t wait to try them out!
I think a hammock between the center posts would be the perfect afternoon!

Big Kitty spotted in McCurtain County

BIG KITTY! Trail cams capture it all. Check out the mountain lion walking through the Bethel, OK area a couple weeks ago.

**To clarify...you can tell from the trees in the pic, this is from far SE OK in McCurtain County in Bethel. NOT Bethel Acres in Pott County, nor Bethel near Lawton. I would not lie to y'all. The gentlemen who sent it to me is from Battiest, OK and knows where the pic was taken.**
