Magnolia Cottage getting a big face lift this winter!! New windows, wide plank flooring, shake siding and still with the best ocean front view on the East side.

Up and running for the 2021 season. Had to put the flooring, siding and new windows projects off to November. Materials back ordered and contractor behind. Instead we put in three full days of cleaning and new landscape beds complete with timbers.

Ok, up and running again after Isaias! Magnolia came through relatively unharmed but the property gained about 3-4” of beach sand from over the dunes. Good to go for the rest of the season.

New metal roof complete. Fall will be hardy plank siding installation and a goodbye to the old aluminum siding!!

The Holidays are over and we are getting Magnolia Cottage ready for another season. New appliances delivered in three weeks and all hurricane damage completed. The winter weather is perfect and the island is peaceful!! Message me for booking as we are already getting them for 2019. We are doing winter specials now until April. Sunny and 70 today!!
