check in. Our beautiful lake view home with lake access is newly renovated, spacious and well equipped in the quiet Chippewa Resort neighborhood. It's the perfect vacation getaway for all Holland has to offer, summer, winter - whatever the season or reason. Clean, comfortable and air conditioned with amazing views of Lake Mac. Ideal for two to three families (6 adults plus kids or 8-10 adults) for a memorable vacation. FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT & AMENITIES: Spacious 5 bedroom lake view home is beautifully decorated and has lake views from many rooms, has central air conditioning and heat so it's a perfect stay for every season. The large kitchen has tons of counter space, stainless steel appliances, Keurig and regular coffee maker, tea pot, crock pot, mixer and a large table for gathering - dining for 14 and is also great for entertaining. Living area has a gorgeous gas fireplace, a 40-inch smart tv, DVD player, stereo, WiFi, and games as well as large front and back decks. The exceptionally large 3 season porch offers additional space for relaxation and enjoyment. There are 5 Smart tv's: the living room, the king bedroom, both queen bedrooms and the den. Two full bathrooms and one large half-bathroom, newly updated. Outdoor shower. Laundry closet with new washer and dryer. All Linens (bedding, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels), Starter Kit (travel size dish detergent, 2 dish washer pods, 2 toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 laundry pods, 1 roll of paper towels, travel size toiletries, variety of Keurig coffees, tea, sugar and basic spices) and a starter propane tank. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (sleeps 12): King bedroom also has a daybed with trundle and pack-n-play (upper level), queen bedroom (upper), queen bedroom (upper), bunk room has 2 bunk beds (main floor), a den with queen sofa sleeper and doors for privacy (main floor). OUTSIDE: Our property offers a private back yard with large deck for barbecuing. We also have a large front deck to sit and view the lake as well as a private lake view balcony off the master king bedroom, outdoor shower, kayaks, bikes, fire pit, gas grill (with starter propane tank), horseshoes, hammock, corn hole, wagon, beach chairs, fun family games. LAKE ACCESS, BEACH & MARINAS: Our Chippewa Resort Cottage has lake access to Lake Macatawa at Chippewa Point, great for loading/unloading the kayaks! We are also close to the beach! You can walk or ride bikes. The beach at Lake Macatawa is only a little over a half mile away. Holland State Park (Lake Michigan) and Tunnel Park Beach, approx 1 mile away. The marinas and boat launch are less than a half mile (walking distance) from our Chippewa Resort Cottage. Sorry we do not allow smoking or pets at our Chippewa Resort Cottage. This rental may NOT be used for parties, bachelor / bachelorette parties.
