Hello Breezy Hill members,

Everyone was sent their 2026 Association dues and utility fee invoice. This is your reminder your payment must be post marked on or before March 31, 2026, otherwise a 9% late fee will be applied.

Spring meeting is scheduled for Saturday, May 30 at the pavilion at 12 PM.

We will be asking for volunteers to assist with disassembling the playground in order to install the new playground. We do not have any dates yet, but will send out notices once we know when to expect delivery of the new playground.

Hi guys, Lisa here. I hope everyone is well and ready for a great camping year!

I'm reaching out for wildflower seed donations. I'd love to expand our flower patch we started last year. And start new ones throughout the park.

Also, if anyone is thinning out any perrenials from their gardens we will take them! We don't need any tiger lillies but anything else we will take.

Please see me at D32 with any donations. Much appreciated for anything.

Hello ghouls and goblins,

Just a few updates regarding schedule of events for the upcoming Halloween party next Saturday, October 11.
Activities for the Halloween Party will be from 3-5 at the pavilion.
Food will be from 5:00-6:30.
The Board will be providing the following:
Pulled pork
Hot dogs
Hamburgers
Please bring a dish to pass and a bag of candy if you are able. The candy will be passed out at your campsite.

After everyone has had a chance to fill up with yummy food, adults will go back to their site to pass out candy. Children will be taken around the park by wagon hayride that will start at 7:00 and goes until trick or treating is complete. If you are worried about your child in the wagon, a parent may ride in the wagon to ensure the safety of your child/grandchild.

This is such a fun event and it is even better when everyone dresses up and decorates.

Friendly reminder, please RSVP if you have not done so already.
This evening there are usually lots of kids that are running around, excited and dressed in darker clothing. Please remind your guests to be considerate driving through the park in their vehicles as well as golf carts with the speed limit and watch for kids running through the park.

A temporary statewide burn ban has been issued for New York, due to an increased risk of wildfire.

The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) has announced a statewide burn ban effective today, October 2nd, and extending to at least October 15th, when it will be re-evaluated.

Much of the state, including Western New York, is in high fire danger. A high fire danger rating means all fine, dead fuels ignite readily, and fires start easily from most causes, including unattended brush and campfires.

The high fire danger is due in part to gusty winds and lower relative humidity forecasted during an existing prolonged dry spell. Any notable rainfall from last week was not widespread, and while wind gusts are expected to calm down, dry conditions are expected to continue for at least another week.

According to the NYSDEC, the ban "prohibits the starting of outdoor fires for purposes of brush and debris disposal, as well as all uncontained fires, including campfires, and open fires used for cooking.

Backyard fire pits and contained campfires less than three feet in height and four feet in length, width, or diameter are allowed, as are small, contained cooking fires. Burning garbage or leaves is already prohibited year-round in New York State."

Friendly reminder Saturday September 20th is our HOA fall meeting at the Pavillion .

We are also having a Soup A Thon on Saturday September 27th at 4pm. Please have your soups at the Pavillion and ready at 4pm.

Also, our monthly Co****le Tournament will also be sat September 27th at 6pm.
