Unsalted Vacations is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Hot Tub & Pool Technician to help maintain our growing portfolio of vacation rental properties along Michigan's lakeshore.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and is experienced with pool and spa maintenance

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of hot tubs and swimming pools at vacation rental properties
Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe operation
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, including pumps, heaters, filters, and control systems
Coordinate repairs and communicate maintenance needs with management
Open and close pools and spas seasonally
Ensure all pools and hot tubs meet company standards prior to guest arrivals
