It's been a long year, but we are happy to report that the ban on short-term rentals has been temporarily lifted! 🎉And we are so proud of our renters, we have been renting the Blue Roof for over 12 years and have never once had a complaint. Thank you for being kind and considerate renters! So, what does the temporary lifting of the ban mean? It means if you are thinking ahead to a lovely summer on the shores of Lake Michigan, you can book it today! We are no longer on VRBO, but we have the following weeks available: Jun 1-8, June 8-15, June 15-22, June 22-29, and August 17-24. We only rent Saturday to Saturday, rent is $3,500 for the week, and no pets. Have a lovely holiday season and we'll see you on the beach! ☀️🏖️😎

Happy New Year! Are you already dreaming of summer? We are! There are a few weeks open at the Blue Roof for the summer of 2021! We will continue with extra cleaning measures between renters, and it appears that the recent wind and waves have given us more beach to enjoy so it's the perfect time to book your week on the shore! It's a beautiful day at Ottawa Beach! And due to a last minute change, the Blue Roof is open this Saturday until the 27th! You can rent one week or two, so let me know if you want to book a week in paradise 🏖

Due to a cancellation the week of July 4-11 is now available! Lake Michigan is usually warm and the fireworks off the pier on the 4th are not to be missed! 🎉 $2,700 for the week.
