Meet Jax. Our newest family member. We are so in love with this little guy. Its a new adventure for our family having a puppy to train. The boys are hoping to make him a good hunting companion.

This is the recipe for the Gluten Free Zucchini Bread that Jerry made yesterday.
He used King Arthur Gluten Free Flour which has the xanthan gum already in it.
Next time we are going to try butterscotch chips instead of the chocolate chips.

We love watching food network. It’s motivated Jerry to want to learn how to bake. Since we now have plenty of zucchini from the garden, he and his Grandma made this gluten free zucchini bread this morning. It was delicious!

My favorite place to be is in our garden. I look forward to coffee in the mornings and walking through the garden to see what’s new. I planted double the amount of Thai peppers this year for canning Thai pepper jelly. We found that it’s the best sauce on chicken wings and a great glaze on jalapeño poppers. I also planted a new variety of pumpkins this year. The leaves are huge on these plants and they are growing like crazy. This area will be covered soon with pumpkin vines and hopefully a lot of pumpkins. @ Holly, Colorado

The caterpillars have been gone for awhile. We wondered where they made there cocoons but if you look close you will find them. Then this butterfly showed up this morning.
