Hey there, future guest! We're stoked you're considering The Coral House Hotel for your next adventure! Our goal is to make your stay stress-free and smooth sailing, with no surprises. Below, you'll find all the deets you need to know, including our current rates for 2024 (April to December - aka the off-season/summer time). We've got a few reservations already, but we'd love to have you join the

- Yes, we have availability! When you're ready to confirm, just give us a holler.

- We have 5 efficiency apartments (perfect for 1-2 guests) they include: 1 comfortable pillow top/full sized bed, stove/oven, refrigerator, Smart Wi-Fi TV and a cold A/C.
$650 per week or $2,200 per month (Summer Rates).
- We have 5 one-bedroom suites. These include: 1 comfortable pillow top/queen sized bed in a separate bedroom. A table in the 2nd room which also includes the kitchen area with a stove/oven, refrigerator, kitchen sink & cabinets, Smart Wi-Fi TV & a cold A/C. Most of these apartments are good for 1-2 guests but we have a rollaway bed to accommodate a 3rd.
$750 per week or $ 2,500 per month. (Summer Rates)
- Our rates are super affordable, especially considering you're getting beachfront vibes, reduced parking, and an ocean breeze! Rates slightly increase from Christmas until Easter. Some other important tidbits:
- Parking is your responsibility, but we've got a daily discounted daily rate of $20 on the street or garage (instead of $4 an hour, ugh). Also, we get $117 for the month!
- We've got a 3-night minimum stay, but we're flexible - just ask!
- Our Wi-Fi is strong and secure, and only for our guests.
- We've got coin-operated washers and dryers on site.
- Our building and courtyard are gated and secured
- Pets are allowed in some rooms, with a one-time cleaning and fumigation fee of $150.
- Tax is 13% (6% state tax + 7% hotel tax).
- Room rates are based on 1-2 occupants; each additional guest is $30 per day. Children under 12 are free!
- Friday and Saturday nights are $50 extra when paying nightly.
- Reserve with 25% of the total due, and the balance is due on or before check-in. Oh, and here's some good news! For just $2, you can get a ride on CIRCUIT within a 2-mile radius of The Coral House.
