RV rates: 50 AMP lot - $435/month, 40 AMP lot - $435/month
1 week stay rate $175, 1 night stay rate $25
to leave camper: $125/month plus $25/ every night that you stay
lots are 30x50ft
electric, water, sewage included in the rates
cable is available but not included in the rates
Unit rentals: each unit has two full size beds, bathroom, private enclosed garage connected to each room, fridge, coffe

We do not allow pets in the rooms due to guest who have allergies. We do not accept credit cards, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We offer free WiFi
We offer grills and two pavilions for our guest to enjoy. The pavilions have tables and chairs, the enclosed pavilion has a tv with a larger fridge/freezer. We are located less than 1/8 of a mile from the Mud Creek boat ramp on Gunnersville Lake. We are 15 minutes from Goosepond Colony and 10 minutes from eating and shopping.
