Listings with low-quality photos get ignored. Use bright lighting & wide-angle shots. Hire a professional photographer—it’s worth it!!! ($150-$300 is worth it long term!)

2. Your price isn’t competitive

Check similar listings in your area daily.
Use dynamic pricing tools (AirDNA, PriceLabs).
Lower rates at first → higher long-term earnings.

3. Your reviews aren’t great

Always ask guests to leave a review. Reviews are the beating heart of your business. Fix common complaints (slow WiFi, cleanliness, noise).

Offer personal touches —> Get snacks, welcome notes, or a bottle of wine.

4. (THIS IS KEY!)

Your response time is too slow.

Airbnb prioritizes fast responders in search results. Set up auto-messages for common questions, check in details, and for confirming bookings. Consider hiring a virtual assistant if you’re too busy.
