It is the perfect getaway for families or couples looking to relax and be surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. This is a very spacious 3 bedroom villa - every bedroom has its own connected bathroom! A master on the main level and another master upstairs are both equipped with a king size bed. The third bedroom is also very spacious and equipped with 2 queen beds. Laundry room is equipped with full size washer and dryer so you can pack light. Large open kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils that you can use to prepare fabulous meals. Fenced in yard is perfect for small children. The pool area is gated so you can keep kids in or out. Enjoy the private heated pool and outside patio with grill with plenty of seating. There is a poolside dining table where you can enjoy family meals in a tropical setting. Soak in the sun in a lounger, sip a refreshing drink or curl up with your favorite book on the balcony. There are 3 covered patios on different levels including a rooftop patio with a swing- a perfect spot for your morning coffee, evening cocktails and gorgeous views of the island. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets right from your roof top patio! The beach across the street has lots of activities for all ages including volleyball, live music daily, all you eat pancakes in the morning, ice cream and a restaurant and bar. Enjoy a meal with your toes in the sand. You will love the short walk to the beach, island grocery store, CVS, shops, restaurants and the island free trolley. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and all kinds of beach toys for our guests to enjoy. All linen and towels are provided for your convenience. We tried to think of every detail to make you, our guest, very comfortable in our beautiful home! AMI VILLA’s location is just perfect! You are so close to everything- beach, shopping, dining and the bay! You are just a short stroll away from the famous sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria!
