Hurricane Irma has passed us by but not without leaving behind a list of to-do's in order to re-open.

Palm Tree Villas is in good shape. However, in order to restore the property back to its original beauty we will remain closed until at least September 21st for check ins.

Anna Maria Island is currently without power and we have done our best to contact every gueat arriving before September 21st.

Weather update: If you will be arriving at our properties today from the north please check traffic as the skyway bridge is closed. You can detour around it. The forecast today is rain pretty much all day but Saturday and Sunday the storm should be past us.

Weather Update: Anna Maria Island is experiencing scattered thunderstorms. As of right now, the water from yesterday has drained and new water is starting to puddle. At this moment it is mildly windy but nothing too wild yet. Today, so far is better than yesterday was.
