Originally from New York and now living in New Jersey, their hearts have always been on Anna Maria Island. After searching all over Florida for the perfect place, they instantly fell in love with the charm of Holmes Beach, the turquoise water, and the laid-back island lifestyle.

Owning a beach condo was always a dream for them — and now it’s finally a reality. 🌊

Their beautiful condo sits just 120 steps from the beach, where mornings start with coffee overlooking the water and evenings end with unforgettable island sunsets.

Jerry and Andrea are excited to welcome guests so others can experience the same island magic and create memories of their own.
