SOUTH SIDE UPDATE
We are open! Due to unforeseen circumstances, a park host will not be on site until the first week of May. You can still camp and make online reservations https://www.campspot.com/book/banner-creek-reservoir. If you need assistance, message us on Facebook, call Mary at 785-851-0408, or reach our office at 785-364-4236. Rest assured, staff will continue making rounds and the shower house remains open.

Transformer Installation Completed
The transformers have now been fully installed and are operational.

At Deer Run, several spots are now equipped with 50-amp electrical service. The upgraded sites include A12, A13, A14, A15, A16, A17, A18, A19, and A20. This enhancement provides more space and improved amp service, particularly benefiting campers with newer RVs.

Transformer Project Update
How Things Are Going
The new transformer project is coming along really well! Our crew is hard at work, making sure everything gets done on time and with as little hassle for you as possible.

Cedar Point Status
We’re aiming to have Cedar Point back up and running by the end of today, as long as things keep going smoothly.

Deer Run Status
If everything stays on track, Deer Run (A) should be up and working by the end of tomorrow. Of course, we know things can pop up to slow us down, but we always hope for the best!

What’s Coming Next
When it’s all wrapped up, every pull-through spot in Deer Run will have 50 amp service. That means a better camping experience for you!

Heads up! They are ready to shut power off at the park tomorrow, Tuesday, March 23rd. The plan is to shut it off by 8 a.m. The plan to get it all back on will start with the office, then our long-term. If time allows, they will move to Cedar Point and then Deer Run. If everything moves as planned, all should be back on by the end of the day on Wednesday. Banner Lake

Spring Has Arrived!
We made it! The first day of Spring is here, and the weather forecast looks fantastic. We are excited to welcome you back for another wonderful year at the lake. Our team has been working hard around the lake to enhance your experience.

Improvements in Cedar Point
When you arrive, you will notice improvements in the parking areas at Cedar Point. In addition, we have added new primitive camping spots for you to enjoy.

Upcoming Upgrades in Deer Run
We previously mentioned that upgrades are planned for Deer Run. We are updating our electrical system, and soon all pull-through sites in Deer Run will feature 50 Amp service.

*Temporary Power Outage Notice*
To complete these electrical upgrades, we will need to shut off power for most of the day. This work is scheduled to take place within the next two weeks. As soon as we finalize the exact date, we will notify you immediately.

Event Center Update
May 17th Just Opened Up!
The Event Center has been super busy this season and most weekends are already booked. But thanks to a last-minute cancellation, May 17th is now up for grabs! If you’re looking for a great spot for a graduation party or another special event, this is your chance.

Interested? Just send us a message here and we’ll help you lock in your spot for that date. Sundays are just $350.
