Whether you start your parenting journey on whim, or shock…or you plan it all out because you’re finally “mature enough “ and “ready”…you WILL have these days and this thought, in some way shape or form.

The reality is, God won’t give you anything that he won’t equip you to handle, whether he equips you with a friend to help and guide you, or the strength and patience to make it through the day…he will equip you…you just have to ask. You just have to trust. It will still be hard. It won’t always go the way want, but it will all work for God’s glory in the end.
This book is straight forward, no fluff and quite honest when it comes to parenting the children God entrusted to you, but ot’s also a good read!

Why is an outhouse sitting in my lawn/driveway so exciting?!?
Because it means the Lord provided!
Dan and I have been working this spring to get the back lot ready for a rental. The point of the rental is to work towards a ministry camp named Camp C.I.T.A. (Christ. Is. The. Answer.)
1. We need a bathroom out there and
2. In order for us to use/rent the cabin out in the winter as a prayer cabin…we need a bathroom out there. We didn’t have the finances or time this summer to build an outhouse from scratch.
THEN the Lord provided this one for a very affordable price. Now to pressure wash it, stain it, clean up the inside, dig a hole and find a way to move it to the back lot when the road firms up!

With trust in His plan and one small step at a time, the Lord is making the path towards His camp doable!
