It is ramping up to be a VERY busy summer here in Homer! We are recruiting additional housekeeping staff prior to the job faire as we have great training and flexible hours at this time of year.
Let's just start with the what we're looking for--
*Energetic, hard workers
*An ability to follow directions, willingness to learn and a hope to be something great. Ambition is IMPORTANT in all things.
*Reliable, responsible and trustworthy.
*No fear of dirty rooms; if you maintain a messy space yourself, this will either save your relationship with those you live with or break your inner fibers to the core.
*Non-smoking, no drugs, no kids brought to work, no abstaining from deodorant and no pets brought with. Folks we have seen it all and obviously in providing a clean space, we also have to lay out the obvious. Using the herbs that put your team as risk because you are not fully attentive also don't have a place here. Sorry.
*Friendly CLEAN work environment with the BEST and highest quality supplies.
*Managers and co-workers from all over Homer. We have a fantastic staff and we grew this year so we are expanding our team!
*Flexibility; because our HOT TUBS demand last minute bookings from all over Alaska being able to jump from full time to part time is great for us and we will try to adjust to your needs just as much!
