The home features 6 guest rooms, two of which are 2 room suites, 3 of the guest suites have a whirlpool, and there is a lovely outdoor swimming pool with patio area. Wake up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee and come down to join us in the breakfast room for a full breakfast which could include; a breakfast casserole, quiche, stuffed French toast,waffles,homemade muffins, fresh fruit. coffee/tea/hot cocoa available 24hrs a day. Our room rates range from $105 to $129 with a fee of $15 for each additional person beyond 2. This bed and breakfast is available for small intimate weddings , corporate and family gatherings. Railfans were happy today. The world’s largest steam train, the Union Pacific,Big Boy no. 4014 came through not to far from us. It is always great to see the steam trains!

When you’re feeding a crowd, sometimes breakfast disappears faster than you can grab a photo! 😂

So you’ll have to use your imagination this morning: farm-fresh eggs, homegrown red potatoes, and warm-from-the-oven cinnamon rolls filling the house with that irresistible aroma.

Here are a few of the ingredients left behind after breakfast. Around here, that’s sometimes the only proof breakfast ever happened! 😋

There may not be a photo of the finished meal, but judging by the empty plates, I’d say it was a success.

Ok I’m not going to Lie, I may have found a sitting spot that I enjoy as much as the back porch. Birds are singing like crazy this morning. I went and checked how much milkweed is coming up and decided to sit for a spell. You can see some milkweed peaking in by coffee my cup. We have a lot more this year and that is always my goal. ❤️ ☕️ 🐦 🌱

Make sure to take some time and enjoy the museums while you are here. Amana is full of history. 2 of the museums are right here in Homestead! The Folk art museum is right next to us, and the Homestead Church museum Is just a bit down the road. Enjoy!
