During the state of emergency, our team member Tracy at Holiday Inn Express Thomasville stepped up to house Southern Company crews working to restore power across the region.

Laura G., Manager of the Corporate Travel Program at Southern Company, shared this to corporate about her:

"In a time of critical need, Tracy (front desk support) was exceptional. She not only displayed customer value behaviors, but reinforced the TRUST of our…partnership. Tracy was efficient, engaged, and personable, even with her own personal challenges (loss of power at her home). She was poised and 'got it done'. Her ability to multi-task with increasing demands, made the difference!"

She closed with this note to our entire team: "Thank you for helping us make a difference in our community! STAY SAFE!"
