🍂 NEW FALL RENTAL OPTION AT THE SEA OTTER HOUSE! 🦦

The Sea Otter House normally sleeps up to 8 guests when the entire home is rented — but this fall, we’re making it easier for smaller groups of up to 4 to enjoy a Homosassa getaway too!

When the full house is not already booked for a group of 8, guests may reserve either the upstairs OR downstairs unit. Each private unit includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and accommodations for up to 4 guests, plus use of the loaner golf cart, dock/boat slips, kayaks, grill, fire pit, and outdoor areas.

🐾 Bringing a dog? Our downstairs unit is pet friendly and has no carpet, so guests traveling with a dog will be booked in the downstairs unit.

You also won’t be sharing the property with another rental group — we will not rent the opposite floor to separate guests at the same time.

Important: Airbnb, Vrbo, and our other booking sites currently list The Sea Otter House as a full-house rental for up to 8 guests, with pricing based on renting both floors. Because this new smaller-group option is not listed separately online, please contact Regine directly for pricing and availability for groups of up to 4.
