Clay Farm of Mendon Ponds An entire wing of my 1850 Quaker Farm house is devoted to hosting guests. There are three bedrooms which can be rented together or individually.

My Airbnb has been on hold initially due to two years of pandemic, and now my home has been reverted to seeing family here. My family of origin includes 6 siblings who grew up here. We now all have kids and grandkids, so great to once again host family reunions. I was also told to cease and desist short-term rentals from the zoning officials in our town. I will consider long-term rentals possibly in the future. You could message me if you are looking for this, however please note that there is an issue of a limited kitchen.

Only doing long-term rentals now for at least a month. It’s the only safe way to go since there is only a door in between my wing and the guest front wing.

I can not do short term rentals due to Covid, but looking for a long-term guest. Mostly a roommate since only one full kitchen. Would love to get another horsewoman and her horse here, if anything one knows of one. The south end of Mendon Ponds Park is ideal for riding, and trails out the back of my property.

Thanks for everyone coming by to see my B&B. I don't advertise here or locally to preserve my privacy, in case you were wondering. I also only rent weeks in the winter since this wing is closed off to save my heating bill. Best to go to Airbnb vs. contacting me here anyway. May 1st will start the new season for guests who only need one night.

Opening my home for guests has been my dream since moving back to my family homestead three years ago. Since May, it has far exceeded my expectations. I hope now to become better known to my local community.
