We caught our own salmon today and decided to try something new: cedar plank smoking with soy, ginger, garlic, and rice vinegar. The result? Incredibly moist, flavorful, and perfectly smoky salmon, enjoyed with a beautiful view. A truly fresh catch dinner!

We had a wonderful trip to Washington and the weather was amazing! We loved the location and the comfort of your home. We were able to see a lot of the state every day with short day trips in each direction. We loved sitting on the porch and waiting for the little seal we nicknamed “Squishy” to arrive for his afternoon Hello! We always love to add a little something to the homes we stay at, and so we left decks of cards, Yahtzee, a box fan and 3” foam mattress topper. It helped us out and we hope it makes your amazing home that much better! Thank you and would highly recommend it
