I’m kind of shocked we haven’t shared any photos of the inside 🤭 it’s sure not anything special.. yet! Here is how the kitchen was when we got it- ROUGH! The third photo is It’s current state- somewhat cleaned out and the makeshift hallway removed, and then our kitchen cabinet plans!!!

We’ve been focusing on getting the outside all good to go before snow flies! 🤞🚫❄️🚫

Some great news- we now have some power and HEAT!

Day 7- Our Parkway Cottage has officially been ours 1 week!

Today was a chilly one! We are very happy we didn’t get anything more than sprinkles though.

We got more of the deck done. New pressure treated wood is replacing the rotten boards.

I did more landscape clean out. I discovered there were pavers hiding under years of overgrowth!! I un-earthed all these pavers and our budget is happy

Badadada! 🎺 Here is our interior design inspiration board for our Parkway Cottage!

For those that know me, you know I also run Faux Flower Market and I curate, design and create home decor, furniture and faux floral arrangements. I feel as though this gives me a leg up on the project because I have access to my collection first hand for this house!

I am going for a simple yet elevated look. Simple but not boring, but something neutral that everyone can love and feel comfortable and at home. We are doing white walls with a contrasting neutral trim. Whites, Greys, Greens, Blacks, Wood tones and Brass. Textures, too!
