✨🎬 Dirty Dancing Under the Stars was everything we hoped it would be and more. 💙
Last night was a beautiful reminder of why Cedar Glade is called The Gathering Place. It wasn't just about watching a movie—it was about friends, neighbors, families, and new faces coming together to laugh, visit, and enjoy a magical evening under the stars.
The weather couldn't have been more perfect. A cool breeze, a sky full of stars, great conversation, delicious hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, lemonade, cold drinks, and of course one of the greatest movies of all time—Dirty Dancing. There truly is something special about watching a classic movie outdoors surrounded by people you enjoy being around.
A very special thank you goes out to everyone who helped make the evening possible:
🎥 Shane for setting up the projector and getting the movie started for everyone.
🔧 Henry and Lincoln for cleaning and preparing the stage area, handling the electrical setup, and making sure everything was ready to go.
🎨 Haley for creating the cute Dirty Dancing signs and concession signs that helped make the event feel extra special and welcoming.
🌭 Marcus for cooking hot dogs and keeping everyone fed.
🥤 Jason for helping set up the concession stand.
🍿 Charlotte for helping run concessions, serving guests, and keeping everything flowing smoothly throughout the evening.
❤️ A huge thank you to Amy and her crew for coming out, supporting us, and sharing the evening with us. Your presence helped make the night even more special.
Most importantly, thank you to everyone who brought a chair, grabbed some snacks, settled in, and spent the evening with us. Watching a movie under the stars with friends and neighbors creates memories that last long after the credits roll.
And finally, a heartfelt thank you to John and Cathy for providing a place where our community can gather, connect, and make memories together. Cedar Glade is more than just a beautiful property—it's a place where people can come together to enjoy life's simple moments, build friendships, and create experiences that bring us closer as a community.
