🎥 Lights, camera, luxury! The Covey Tents are being featured on Bloomberg TV — and we couldn’t be more excited to share our story with the world!

At the heart of The Nest Properties is Cheryl Strack-Bryson, a seasoned interior designer whose journey began at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Her love for the Natural State — and especially Hot Springs — inspired her to create a collection of vacation rentals that blend serenity, style, and soul.

From her time designing in Saudi Arabia and Dubai, Cheryl drew inspiration from traditional Bedouin tents to create something truly unique: Authentic African Safari Tents by Exclusive Tents, right here in Arkansas.

What started with The Lake House and The Cottage overlooking Lake Hamilton has blossomed into five luxurious rentals — including The Covey Tents, perched in the trees with private bass pond views, fishing docks, and 200 sq. ft. more room to relax in nature-inspired elegance.

✨ Cheryl’s design touch and love for Arkansas are now being celebrated nationwide.
