Dear Guests,

While we are very concerned about the spread of Covid-19 and other harmful viruses/bacteria, we wanted to let our guests know that we are doing everything possible to keep you safe.

We are disinfecting our rooms (as per usual) and we are allowing our rooms to stay vacant for at least 72 hours before another check-in. The staff here at the Long Island Lake Resort are keeping the rooms disinfected regularly as well as shampooing the carpets and changing out kitchenette cleaning products like our sponges and soaps.

We are also offering remote check-in, so guests can have the option to use the lock box to retrieve their keys rather than checking in at the office. At least one staff member is always on call so if you have any issues or questions, you can reach out to us even though we may not be at the office. Your safety and privacy will always be our number one priority!

Dear Guests of the Long Island Lake Resort,

We understand everyone's concern over recent updates with the coronavirus. We want everyone to know and understand that your health and safety come first to us, which is why you have the opportunity of having little to no interaction with staff members if you choose. We have a lock box that is available for check ins and a drop box for check outs. There are no common areas, so there will be no opportunity for interaction with other guests. If there are any other accommodations that we could make to help make your stay more comfortable please let us know. If you need to reschedule your stay, we understand and will gladly assist.
