🏕️ **WORK CAMPER COUPLE WANTED – AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY**
📍 **Treasure Isle RV Park | Hot Springs, Arkansas | Lake Hamilton**
Looking for more than just your next seasonal work-camping stop?
**Treasure Isle RV Park is looking for the right couple to join our team for a long-term opportunity in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas.**
💰 **COMPENSATION INCLUDES HOURLY PAY + FULL-HOOKUP RV SITE**
We would prefer a couple who can commit to **at least one year**, and we would love to find someone interested in staying even longer.
Treasure Isle sits directly on beautiful **Lake Hamilton**, with approximately **1,500 feet of waterfront**. In addition to our RV sites, we have cabins, boat slips, storage, and **boat rentals**, making this a little different from your typical RV park work-camping position.
**We’re looking for a couple who can help in two primary areas:**
🔹 **Office / Guest Services**
Reservations, phones, guest check-ins and check-outs, basic computer work, and assisting with the day-to-day operation of the park. **Computer or IT experience would be a big plus.**
🔹 **Maintenance / Grounds**
We need someone who is genuinely handy and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance responsibilities, including:
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Equipment and small-engine maintenance
• General repairs and preventative maintenance
• Lawn care and grounds upkeep
• Swimming pool maintenance during the summer
• Assisting with rental boats and waterfront operations
We’re looking for a **dependable, self-motivated couple who takes pride in their work**, enjoys interacting with people, and is comfortable troubleshooting and solving the everyday challenges that come with maintaining a busy property.
🌊 **THE LOCATION IS PRETTY HARD TO BEAT!**
You’ll be living and working right on **Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas** — surrounded by lakes, mountains, hiking, great restaurants, historic downtown Hot Springs, and Hot Springs National Park.
This is an **immediate opening**, and our goal is to find the right people for a **stable, long-term relationship**, not simply fill a short seasonal position.
💰 **Hourly Pay**
🚐 **Full-Hookup RV Site Included**
📅 **Year-Round Position**
🤝 **One-Year Commitment Preferred — Longer Is Even Better**
**Interested?** Send us a private message with a little information about yourselves, your previous work-camping or employment experience, your maintenance and office skills, what type/size RV you have, and when you would be available to start.
