This is the old Frazier Oil office at 150 Creek. It's been just storage for spillover from my sign collection since we opened last September. Finally got it finished and opened this week, along with a small gym for our guests. It will serve our guests as a lounging area to make speciality coffee drinks and catch up on local and state news from our papers.

We are so excited to receive this prestigious award from . So much went into restoring this 118+ year-old building, it's humbling to be recognized as 2024's "Outstanding Achievement in Adaptive Reuse." Big thanks to our architect, Chris Sheppard, for sticking with us and working thru my crazy ideas.
