Many of you know that weā€™ve been quietly working on another historic property just down the street.

Today, weā€™re excited to share that Dame Fortune LLC has been awarded a $750,000 Paul Bruhn Historic Revitalization Grant through the City of Hot Springs for the rehabilitation of Bellaire Court.

The award also marks a significant milestone for historic preservation as the first Paul Bruhn Historic Revitalization Grant awarded in Arkansas.

Bellaire Court now has a place to tell its own story.
