The County Fishing Derby is coming up June 27–28 at Drew’s Lake, Nickerson Lake, and Mill Pond, and Riversbend Paddle Co. has kayaks ready for anglers looking to get where the fish are biting!

🐊🚫 Florida Approved. Aroostook Tested.

Today we had Mike and Andrew out on the river visiting from Florida.

One of the things they seemed to appreciate most? The fact that our waterways come with significantly fewer creatures trying to bite, sting, chase, or otherwise ruin your afternoon. 😆

No gators.
No water moccasins.
No pythons.
No mystery splashes that make you question your life choices.

Just clean water, peaceful scenery, and a good chance you’ll only be interrupted by a loon, an eagle, or a curious fish.
