Respect the gym equipment at Melanie B’s Gym. Slamming weights, dropping machines, and misusing equipment causes damage and creates safety issues for everyone. Treat the gym like it’s your own space — clean up after yourself, rerack weights, and use equipment properly so everyone can train safely and efficiently.

This is all about being here for each other and not jumping to conclusions about others. A smile or a little kindness goes a long way.

Wipe down and unload your equipment. Be respectful of others they did not make your mess. Some menbers for various reasons cannot handle the 45lb plates.

Practice gym etiquette and be respectful of others. I have to say we have a great group of people and we do look out for each other. Thank all of you for keeping our gym the BEST OF ALL.
