Twisted Gooey Butter Cake.
These are the absolute best it you can leave it alone long enough for it to cool.
It just doesn't usually happen around here.
This is not worthy of a Yummy Card, but it is delicious!!
Chris went to place it on a plate for a photo and it flipped over.
No worries, it is Yummy!

Chris is so talented. He made that Harvest Table for me more then 30 years ago.
The beautiful handrail is made from sewing machine legs. So much work making that curve. He had to custom cut the floor out to accommodate my 48" stove. In the corner is a great big porch post out of a bar downtown. He cut the back out of it to make a corner protector. I love sitting in this house and looking around at what his imagination has given us. I adore this house.

Made this last night and completely enjoyed it. Hubby said it’s a keeper so I get to make it again. 🙂 Besides being tasty it is a very colorful and appealing looking dish!

Twisted Banana Pudding. 👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳
As you can see, the twist on this recipe is obviously graham crackers rather than vanilla wafers. I did this over the summer and found that this was outstanding.
Banana pudding is one of my childhood favorites.
I loved when mom 🩷made this dessert, with Mrs. Alisons Vanilla Wafers.🩷

Hello, everyone.
Just an update for those of you that haven't heard.
Chris has been diagnosed with cancer.
We are going to take life one day at a time, and just do the best we can.
Below is our last big project. The Twisted Cuckoos Nest. She is a beauty and just got a well put in.

We are going to temporarily close
The Twisted Mulberry Inn until sometime in 2026.
This is a hard decision, but it is the right one.
We just have to take care of ourselves.
Who knows. Maybe I will come up with some new recipes. My page will remain somewhat active with food pictures. Thank you all.
