The Golden Trowel Award will be presented to Brother Carlos Moreno as follows:
Date: Feb. 7th 2017
Place: Scottish Rite Building
Open meeting starts at 6:30 pm
Dinner at 7:00 pm
Semi formal / Business Casual.
Other guest from other lodges have been invited and accepted the invitation. Many people will be there.

Lodge Members of 1189, If you have not all ready done so, please send me an e-mail to [email protected] or a text to 713-725-8310 to let me know you will be coming so we can order food correctly. It is important that we hear back from you.
Come and celebrate with Carlos on Tuesday February 7, 2017 at 6:30.
It is an open meeting, and you can bring you wife and kids, but we need to know for food sake.
We will not have Lodge on Tuesday, just the presentation to Carlos.
I hope to see all of you there.
Brother C. F. Kendall will be receiving his 50 year Scottish Rite pin on Thursday February 23, 2017. He will also be receiving his 50 year Blue Lodge pin from #1189 in the near future.
Would someone remember to bring a real camera to the presentation of the Golden Trowel to Carlos on Tuesday night. THANK YOU
