When in Houston, stop by Julep. They serve the most amazing drinks! The atmosphere was perfect - cozy and inviting, yet still lively enough to make for a fun night out. The cocktail menu was extensive. I personally tried the Mint Julep and the Clover Club, both of which were delicious and perfectly crafted. The bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience even better. Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or just looking to have some fun with friends, Julep is definitely worth a visit.

My traveling nurse guest recently shared a scrumptious meal of Dungeness crab, shrimp, and potatoes with me. Guests don’t have to share, but appreciate it when they do. I love learning how people from around the country and world cook.

The lilies are growing nicely. They add beauty to the front porch. Can’t wait for my guests to see them! 😄

Guests are now able to bring their dogs during a stay at my place. We shouldn’t always have to vacation without our pets. Dogs have space to play and will be spoiled with their own bed and treats.
